The human side of work
A large part of what happens at work has little to do with processes or tools, and a lot to do with people. My work is about helping leaders and teams address the human side of work with greater clarity, responsibility and relational maturity.
How do I do it? By creating spaces for practice and reflection where participants can explore real situations of leadership, communication and collaboration:
In many cases, working across multiple sessions allows for deeper and more transformative impact.
I work in English, Catalan and Spanish, both in-person and virtually.
Workshops and training programs
Group and individual guidance sessions
Team-building and tailor-made experiences
[01] Conscious leadership in action
Practice-based sessions designed to develop more conscious, effective and human leadership.
Many leaders are familiar with models and tools, but they need spaces to think, practice and find their own way of leading.
Working:
leadership mindset
communicating with clarity and impact
leadership conversations
navigating tension and complexity
personal coherence and authenticity
limiting beliefs and reactive tendencies
[02] Feedback, assertiveness and conflict management
Practical training to address conversations that are often avoided at work.
Many team challenges are not about lack of talent, but about conversations that are not happening.
Working:
giving clear and constructive feedback
holding difficult conversations
expressing disagreement responsibly
listening with real attention
creating clarity in professional relationships

[03] Teams and individuals facilitation
Facilitation and support processes in organizational contexts where it is necessary to think together, clarify dynamics or address tensions.
Working:
clarifying roles and responsibilities
reviewing collaboration dynamics
making complex collective decisions
facing tensions or pending conversations
reflecting on leadership and team functioning

My approach
Very simple: creating spaces where leaders and teams can explore the human side of work and find more conscious and effective ways to collaborate and lead.
Participatory and creative dynamics
Activities that invite participants to think, write, move and generate ideas from different perspectives, activating group participation.
Working with real cases
Analysis and practice based on real work situations: case building, scenario work and role-plays.
Spaces for conversations where participants can contrast experiences, share perspectives and get meaningful insights.
