Hello!

I’m Josep Cosials, an explorer of the more human side of people and organizations.

For over 10 years, I worked in HR at organizations such as PwC, Deloitte, and Schneider Electric, where I led teams and departments.

Since then, I’ve spent more than 12 years designing and facilitating experiences for organizations and business schools. I’ve delivered over 1,000 workshops for more than 12,000 people.

I also co-founded Eléctrico 28, a collective through which I create immersive and performative pieces, expanding my way of understanding experience and participation.
