I’m Josep Cosials, and I’m passionate about creating learning, reflection and a lot of practice around how we communicate, collaborate and lead.
For more than ten years I worked in organizations such as PwC, Deloitte and Schneider Electric.
Since then, I have spent over 12 years designing and facilitating trainings and experiences across a wide range of sectors and contexts. I have delivered more than 1,000 workshops (as well as talks and experiences) for over 12,000 people.
I’m interested in creativity and leadership as real practices. I don’t work with formulas or recipes, but with spaces where people can achieve results while being themselves, building healthy relationships and enjoying the process.
